Data we use

We process your account and verification details, uploaded images, generation requests, generated world files, credit records, and payment references to provide the service.

Storage and service providers

Account and transaction records are stored in Neon PostgreSQL. Stored world files are held in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery. These services store and process data in the United States. Images required for generation are transferred to and processed by World Labs in the United States. Resend delivers account emails. Waffo processes payments; we do not store full card details.

Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand website usage and improve the service.

Security

We use HTTPS, authenticated owner checks for private files, unguessable share links, verified payment notifications, and access credentials stored outside source code.

Retention

Stored world files and any original images stored with that world are automatically deleted after 90 days without access. Viewing a world through your account or an active share link refreshes its access time. The default retention period is 90 days. Expired worlds and their share links become unavailable while file deletion completes; failed deletions are retried.

Images sent for generation are processed by World Labs, which may keep its own copies under its terms; deleting a world here removes our stored files but cannot delete copies held by World Labs. Payment and security records may be retained longer where required by law.
